Different optics

Most of the time i do the listening when someone talks to me,
And i hardly talk back about the person talking to me,
Maybe some of those people never see my rights,
Or maybe i am not be up to their expectations,
Some people have different thoughts in their minds about me,
Thoughts that are far from what reflects on their faces and in their actions,
At times i ask myself the need of being good to someone for just a while instead of a lifetime,
Why claim that you have a big heart when you cannot even try to fit yourself in other people's situations,
Or even try and understand other people's situations,
When all you think about is just your own self,
In life when you point someone using one finger the remaining three fingers will be pointing back at you.
