Two different stands

The face maybe bright but the heart dark,

We choose what to listen and what to ignore,

Like how some may use eyes to look while some may use them to see,

Words can never be taken back,

Actions can never be undone,

And apologies can never bring much satisfaction,

Some people are like erosion, 

Different type of ways but same results of destruction,

From all kinds of conclusions, 

To wrong impressions, 

That is why sometimes it is needless to make one understand, 

Because the heart and the mind are two different things apart.
