Halves of life

Strange ways we live,
Anyone can turn his/her back on anyone,
If one understands how wind acts,
One may know a thing about sailing,
Life takes a lot out of a being in order for one to learn more about living,
Some blames fall on the tides,
While some beings blame the presence of different times,
In every day life everyone is need of something,
We can never ignore that reality,
There are some beings who are more in need than others,
There are some beings who are either selfish or inconsiderate.
