Knock off words

When we trade words,
We often fail to sieve off some words,
Especially when arguments or discussions are engulfed with emotions,
At times it is the bitter truth,
While sometimes it is the only way to get done with a conversation,
But again one's approach ought to be rational, 
Because some beings take almost everything personal,
Different minds different thoughts, 
One needs not to lash out so as to send across a firm message,
At some point silence is the only arm one needs,
For the less one knows about your problems the less one talks,
The less one thinks about your troubles or wrongs 
the less one criticizes you,
Sometimes thinking and talking is a tag of war between the mind and mouth.
