A cool head

It may need or take a lot from a person but it is necessary to always be strong in hard times and appreciate all the good ones.Either sides of life whether positive or negavite will forever exist and as such one should never harbour self acussing spirit.ln our daily living,patience keeps getting more expensive and the only option for us as human beings is to try and afford it all through life.It has never been easy to adapt to challenges and neither is it cheap to restores one's healing frequency.
