Silent therapy

I have been quiet,
I have been distant,
I have been discreet,
I have been this way for some few days now,
And nothing is different from then and now,
But it has proved to be a healthy routine for my mind and soul,
Maybe out of human touch,
Or just out and about to catch breathe,
As life has two ways,
One can either watch and avoid a row,
Or go for war,
But I cannot say what can please another,
Because we all have a right to choose.
