Poetry anthem

Like a bright candle,
Jah lights my path,
So i do not have to do any math,
Poetry is what i can best handle,
Because it is deep in my heart,
Firm lover of poetry,
Despite word play having no rules,
I am still able to relay words of truth,
For even those who cannot see hear my spoken word,
And those who cannot hear see my written work,
People's comments and appreciation is a blessing,
And i am always thankful to Jah and to my people.
